Jack and myself practicing with the Sai and Jo, Jack is now a 1st Kyu brown belt, I have really got to update my photo's. 

He now Instructs for me as my health is a little worse and gets too painful to be on the mat for long periods, but he is doing well and I am sure he will make a great Dan grade when the time comes.
